When the main cattery here was built, it was built to the latest Feline Advisory Bureau guidelines with each chalet being twice normal size.

They are licensed for two cats (must be the same family) in each chalet with a large sleeping quarter that is fully insulated and heated.

The sleeping quarter is approximately a meter square and is 1.1 meters off the floor with access by a ramp, with the run being 2.6m by 1m. which your cat has access to all the time.

The heating is thermostatically controlled so that whenever the temperature drops the heating automatically cuts in for the chalets that are occupied

We also have a very large individual family cattery that is 2.45m by 1.85m with an exercise run attached of 3.4m by 2m.

This cat chalet can take up to 7 cats from the same family and it is also used for a long stay cat with the extra space.

All the chalets are fitted with observation shelves or platforms so that the cats may sit and observe what is happening around the place. 

Your cats diet is very important to us and we will ask you what your cat is fed on and when, so that we can do the same.

Please tell us anything and everything about your cat you think we need to know to ensure that he or she gets the best level of care possible during his/her stay with us.

As a matter of course we will want to know your vet, emergency contact number, etc.

Personal cat items are more than welcome here such as blankets, beds, toys, etc to make your cat feel more at home, but we are afraid it has to be at your risk. Cats on special diets or medication can be catered for, this will incur a small extra charge.

Your cat will be automatically insured against vet bills up to £750 whilst it has its stay with us. This is included in your daily boarding rate as is heating in the colder months.
